Outreach for Jesus

Outreach For Jesus is committed to spreading the more excellent way of Christ through our character and actions.

Our work is currently based in Tijuana, Tecate, and the surrounding areas of Mexico. Our primary objective is to demonstrate the life-changing grace of God through our actions by meeting the everyday needs of the people. We have been organizing two terms per year, typically in February. We serve orphanages, old folks homes and other small organizations. During these trips, our volunteers serve in a wide range of practical tasks, including: cleaning, carpentry, roofing, electrical, concrete, and painting. Despite the language barrier, we interact with the adults and children we serve and work alongside. Our witness is not so much shared with preaching and talking, rather we aim to demonstrate the behavior and lifestyle of Christ’s followers through our practical service and teamwork.

By focusing on meeting practical needs, Outreach for Jesus seeks to be the hands and feet of Christ, sharing His love and grace in a tangible way with the people of Mexico.
